The delivery was on time and delivered perfectly. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving and it was right on time. They brought the furniture straight to my apartment and kindly brought it in for me. Great service.
Super easy to work with; super professional; very careful to not damage belongings and homes during move, great communication during entire process. I used them on a recent interstate move, and they showed up on time, worked very efficiently and carefully, and delivered in an equally professional and timely manner at my new location with everything in great condition. My actual cost came in below the estimated maximum amount. Very pleased, and would highly recommend this company.
I was told the delivery window would be between 2 and 5. I was out running errands. The driver attempted to call me a couple times to let me know he was coming. This was before 1. Since I wasn’t home, the items were left on the porch which was perfectly fine. Besides the mix up in the delivery window, everything was great and the packages were delivered promptly and in good shape. I would recommend the company to others for future deliveries and use them for own deliveries.
I was called a couple days in advance to confirm the delivery and was given a window of 8-12pm. I was called 20 mins before the arrival at 8:45am. They were efficient at moving the furniture off the truck and into my house. Very happy with the service!
Plenty of advance communication and flexibility from dispatch/coordinator. The delivery was at the early end of the agreed window. Driver called on pulling onto our block. The package was handled carefully and appears in excellent condition. As good as it gets!!
