From the start with representative Trish to Mike and his moving crew my move was flawless! Moving is never easy but Dodge Moving made it a postive experience! Thank you very much for your expertise!
On the day of our move, the 3 man crew consisting of Mark (Crew Leader), TJ and Andrew was just Amazing! We made sure everything was packed and staged so they would have an easy time, but even then they made it look way too easy. Our large couch (that took a total of 6 people about 30 minutes to get into the 2nd story apartment, as it had to be hoisted over the banister) only took them about 2 minutes to get out and down into the truck. They were all super friendly, were extremely courteous and all had great people skills (especially TJ).
Our Sales Rep, Mary, was very friendly and explained everything so it was easy to understand. If we had any questions, she was prompt in replying to us whether it was through phone or email. On top of this, the quote we received from them was much lower than other Full-Service Moving Services we had looked at.
I moved from the greater St. Louis area to a much smaller town in Southern Oregon. I got many quotes from different moving companies and all were very high. I finally called Dodge Moving and Storage and I'm so glad I did! Mary came out to my house, went over my inventory, and discussed options for my move. The price was much lower than other quotes I received. I really appreciated that I was given different options by Dodge for my move, I went with a container move. The loaders came out and packed the containers, they were shipped to my new location and unpacked. Everything arrived in excellent condition, the packers were very careful with my belongings. I was most impressed with the communication from Dodge, every step of the way. They were great to work with!
This was the first time I've used a moving company. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Trish was the person that came to my house for a consultation. She was very nice and actually did several estimates for me and answered all my questions. Dawn was the driver. I really enjoyed Dawn. Nice guy and his movers were also very friendly and very careful with all my stuff. I had them move my 2015 HD Road Glide and had no issues. My bike looks just as it did before the move. I will definitely recommend Dodge Moving or use them again.
